No Data even with 5G/Bars

Hello,

I keep having instances where I have at least 2 "bars", and it says I'm on 5G, but I'm not getting any data and there's an "!" next to my bars. This seems to be intermittent, and will come and go when I'm in the same area. Any ideas what could be causing this? APN settings?

Service was good until now, it's just been happening intermittently but I'd say started within the last month. I have indeed tried rebooting the phone but that didn't work. No data limiter, but I haven't tried changing the network mode yet, that's an interesting thought. Next time it does it I'll try that and report back!

Thanks for the thought! But yes I always have plenty of data left, never even seem to use 50% of it.

did you login My Account and see if you have any data left for this cycle?

did you just join PM today ? or service was good until now?

try reboot the phone, try Reset network settings

also, try changing network mode to 4G or LTE and check if it helps

and make sure you have mobile data enabled, make sure you disable data limiter
