Those aren't seperate sections. They're only there to provide a way for people to search different topics.  Unfotunately, many of the threads are categorized incorrectly.

Click on the avatar in the top right corner of the website and go to My Profile. Your posts will be listed there.  As for categories, there are only 3. They are Announcements, Get Support, and The Lounge Near the the top left, there is a spot that says Public Mobile Community. Click on the down arrows to see the category names.
