I am new to PM and when service started all my contacts were gone and recent calls that remained were a total mess. I spent 2 hours on Gemini trying to fix this with no luck. What do you suggest I do next??? I was with rogers before and now can't get into their sim storage to retreive contact list

what phone do you have? and which province?

check if your phone can use VoLTE using the IMEI checker here:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

and try Reboot phone and Reset network settings on the phone

I successfully restored contact list but now I have been contacted by other means telling me all calls incoming are routed to voicemail. Please help again. Would be nice to reach a person to resolve issues. And please tell me how to retrieve voicemail

iPhone User

1: Check iCloud Sync: Go to “Settings” > “[Your Name]” > “iCloud,” find “Contacts,” and make sure the toggle is turned on.

2: Restore via the iCloud website: If you accidentally deleted contacts while sync was enabled, you can log in to the iCloud website, click “Data Recovery,” select “Restore Contacts,” and restore them from a previous backup.

3: Toggle group filtering: Open the “Contacts” app, tap ‘Groups’ in the top-left corner, and make sure “All Contacts” or all your account sources are selected.

Android Users

1: Check account sync: Go to “Settings” > “Accounts & Backup” or “Google,” tap your account, and make sure the “Contacts” sync toggle is turned on.

2: Resync contacts: If you're using a Google account, you can recover them by selecting “Restore contacts” in “Settings” > ‘Google’ > “Settings & Backup.”

3: Check display settings: Open the “Contacts” or ‘Phone’ app, tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner > “Contacts Management” or “Contacts to Display,” and select “All Contacts” or your SIM card.
