@SymoneJack, first off the number must be active.

• If you are currently a PM user and are just getting a new sim to replace one or go  into a new phone you login to your self serve and ont eh overview page on the right hand side you will see a link that is change sim.  Punch in your new sim number and your phone number will get associated with that new sim
• If you are just coming to PM from a previous carrier and took a new number when you signed up with PM you login to self serve and again on the right hand side there will be a link for Change number.  You would then select port in a number from another cellular provider.  Provide your account number from your previous provider and the name on the account and the port should go smoothy

@SymoneJackAre you a current public mobile subscriber? What company is the old number with? Is it pre-paid or post-paid? Is that old number account still active?

If you are a PM subscriber, and the old number is in an account still active, go to your sel-serve account and transer in the number

If you are not a public mobile subscriber, create an account and port the number in it is still active.
