Hello. We got our SIM card and am trying to set it up for my child. Am I able to have the same account for both phone numbers?

PM system is one phone number for one account and each account needs an unique email address, no combined account

@Nyah  Each account needs its own email address to subscribe. So you can’t have multiple accounts combined. You can however use the same Credit card to pay for multiple accounts. Hope this helps
