Since you have ported on the weekend the port may take longer than ususal. You will likely have full service on your Public Mobile SIM by the end of the day on Monday. If after a couple of days your service is not completely transfered to your Public Mobile SIM it you can message the moderators to see if there are problems in transferring your service.
I am assuming that you are able to make outgoing calls, so I don't think that the phone is the problem here. Since it's the weekend the best option is to wait a bit for the port request to be approved. Also once your number transfer is complete you will recieve a text on your Public Mobile number.

I see your problem in your tag rather than body.
If you can't recieve calls it sounds like you must have ported a number in from somewhere else.
If it is mobile to mobile it will be fixed within 12 or so hours of you initating the port.
If it is landline to mobile it will take 2-3 Business days (no more than week).
If it is VOIP, etc. it will be up to a week as well. (These usually take the longest).
There is nothing you can do but wait.
If you did not port, then I wonder if your phone is compatible or locked.
