I had lost my phone. Want to use my old phone again. Bought a PM sim card. Went through steps to authorize new sim card. Phone still won't work help.

@RLJones0815 - when you said you went through the steps to authorize new sim card, you didn't mean reactivate a brand new account did you?
Were you referring to SIM Swapping through your self serve account?

Is your account status ACTIVE? If not, then make a manual payment in the amount owing or more in your self serve to reactivate your account.

@RLJones0815 what kind of phone is your old one (brand and ,model)? or this old one was used on PM before??
Try reboot it once more.
What is the error showing on your phone Status bar on top? No network? Sim not provisioned?

Did you remember to disable to lost/stolen option in your self serve account?
