New sim card not working.

Activated a sim card this morning and plugged it into my phone and it's not working.
Phone is unlocked .
Sim card # 8912 2300 0028 9358 723

@Derekmcl community guidelines state not to post any personal info, and I believe that includes SIM card number. I agree that it should be removed, and am surprised the two oracles that responded to this thread already haven't done so!
