I don't have access to my account because it wants.me to confirm my identity using my phone number. Since I lost my phone, I can't confirm to access my account. Is there any way to register new sim card if I can't access my account

Yes. When you go to login to the account and it asks for the code hit the “didn’t receive code option” this will allow you to have the code sent to your email.
Once in the account you can go to the profile tab, scroll down to the “My Number” section and hit the pencil beside your existing SIM card number. This will allow you to edit it and put the new one in.
