Made the switch from rogers about  5 hours ago, still no cellular on the phone just no service .  Have received notification that my number has been ported and also has been deleted from rogers .  No one to talk to .  Is this normal.

Seems to be okay now .  Was sent a new eSIM QR code .

Does the Roger's SIM Card still have reception when you put it into your phone?

The most important step to complete the porting process is to reply to the text with YES with the Rogers SIM in your phone. You have 90 minutes to confirm or porting will be cancelled. If this is the case, you will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process. Contact them at:

If you did reply with YES then there could be an provisional issue with your SIM then contact a CS_Agent to reset your SIM.
