I took this promotion today and I got charged $40 on my credit card how can I confirm if the promo is applied?

@SamZz  The 50% off for 2 years is just for. We activations not existing customers unfortunately. So I’d double check with support but I think you will just pay the price you see as existing customer and not get the 50% off unfortunately

I changed to the 50% deal off today but chose to change on renewal. Afterwards, I saw the confirmed change details listing full price of the plan and features of the new plan, but there is no display of the 50% off price. So will I get the promo price for 24 mo or not? Don't want to wait til the next renewal date to see a big surprise to paying full price!

Check your account and manage subscription. See if its set to change at renew or what your current subscription is

They offered you the new plan via SMS? Check My Account Payment page using browser with incognito mode and confirm how much PM took first

If they really took the wrong amount, open ticket and ask

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
