I received a text from public mobile about a new 6G data plan at 4G speed for $45. I currently have the 5G plan at 3G speed and when I log into my account and select Plan-add on's tab it doesn't show the option to make the new 4G speed update. its just showing me Plans that are currently worse and cheaper then my current one. How can I find the upgrade and select this new plan starting on my next bill?

@wesley1  - are you on mobile or laptop/pc ?

 

Try another device maybe, I can see the one you are describing.

It is weird when you click the down arrow...you need to make sure you move your cursor to the arrow pointing DOWN or it will default to the up one after the first time scrolling down..

@wesley1   I would open a ticket with PM Support and see if they can change plan for you

 

To open ticket with PM Support:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

it shows this plan when you visit the web site (Not signed in) but when you sign in its no where to be found.

Thanks for the reply. I did just this and still dont see the advertised plan on this display page.

@wesley1   If you really not see the plan there, it could be a cache issue.  Try to use Incognito mode or a completely different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox ) and check again

@wesley1   Login to My Account, Go to Plan and Add-on page , click Change My plan.  And the plans are on the right.  There are 2 tiny arrows  on the far right for you to scroll up and down.  The price plans are sorted by price and not categorized by 3G and 4G

I did. Went all the way to the bottom. Used my lap top so i can see everything clearly
