Hi,

Do you guys have any clue why the other plans don't show up anymore in the account?

PM Self-Serve also doesn't like certain adblockers and scriptblockers.

AdBlockPlus, Ghostery, IDX, ShieldApps, and steganos each break the site.

Brave's built-in blocking doesn't.

(Based on my experiences, anyhow.)

 

"Incognito" usually works, but not always. Clearing cookies and cache (and restarting the browser) is a more dependable fix. Using a different (site-compatible) browser should always work.

I get a page without any details of my account fairly often when logging in to self serve. I usually click on a different tab and then back to the tab I wanted and it loads. This might be what you are seeing…errr… not seeing.

Try a different browser. Chrome and edge work well.

I've done it but still doesn't work. Under the current plan is empty too. both options. Regular n incognito.

This can happens sometimes.

 

Log out, then open a tab in incognito mode. This usually fixes silly things.

 

EDIT: I just tried, it was a little slow to the gate, but plans are visible via incognito mode tab. If still not seeing the plans, wait 1/2 hour then try again.

OR, try a totally different device.

I meant in the changing plan section. I can't see the plans.

What 'other' plans are you referring to?

 

Only the In-market plans are available for new and changing plan options.

 

Public Mobile plans can be subject to change at any time.
