Hey! So I signed up for a new plan on Friday. My month reset on this past Saturday. October 8. I received a text on Sunday, Oct 9th that said I have used 75% of my data. My new plan is 8 gigs. This doesn’t sound right to me. But I am still seeing my old plan when I log into my account. Any suggestions?

@Rowdy1212 , use incognito mode when viewing the self serve portal. Sometimes, you end up seeing a cached page.
