I can’t seem to log in and I try to reset my password but the email never comes. I want to pay for my cell phone but can’t cause I need to change my bank card but I can’t log in!

Changing the password should have the option of sending an SMS to the phone with this account sim in it.
But then you have the problem of the 2FA of the account. So as above with vouchers and also in some stores they offer real time payments or instant top up. That way the account gets reactivated and then the 2FA SMS can happen and then you can login to your account and change the card.

If you need to get the payment done quickly, you could buy a Public Mobile voucher from some local convenience stores. The voucher can be added to your account by dialing 611.
would suggest trying to log in using incognitco/private mode.

@Casshatheway Try clearing cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode to login or another browser.
You can also (for the time being) pay your account with a voucher that can be purchased from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and dial 611 on your phone to load.
