New plan purchased but not working

Hi, 

 

I recently purchased a new plan (40$) instead of the one I had the previous one (15$), for the next cycle. We are now in the middle of this cycle, and I still have my 15$ plan. The 40$ payment has been processed and appears in my payment history. 

 

Any advice on this?

Hi @leaberthelin    maybe it is cache and cookies issue and you are not reading the correct info.

 

Please try to use Incognito mode to login to My Account once and see if the Plan info showing correct

 

if it is still showing $15 plan, check Payment History to confirm if PM took $15 or $40 in the last payment date

@leaberthelin    Did you opt to Change at Next Renewal or Change Now when changing plans?  If the first option, then your plan will change at your next renewal date and also if you're changing to one of the 4G plans, reminder that the change to 4G speeds will take 48 hours to become effective after the plan change.

Edit: can you tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
