I purchased a new plan to be activated upon monthly renewal but it did not activate. Can someone help please?

You might be reading obsolete web page.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

@tigerblade you meant you scheduled a plan change on renewal?
It could be site cache issue. Please use Incognito mode and login to My Account, it should then show you the correct Plan
