This plan includes: - $25.00 month
- 500MB + 500MB at 3G Speed
- Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
- Unlimited International Text
This plan was suppose to start on both our cell phone accounts but did not activate on this cell phone number. The account actually deactivated as the $25.00 charge for the new plan was paid automatically but the old plan was not replaced so the account would not activate until the $75.00 fee (needed to pay the additional $50.00) for the old plan was paid. How can the new plan be properly activated now?
