What is the make and model of your phone? Not all phones are compatible with North American network.
Did you try resetting the Network Setting on your phone.
If none of it failed then contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.

Rebooted .. No work.

Calls .. and rebooted still don't work. Can't call out or get calls.. Terrible.

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on and see if that works.

@Jboola what doesn't work? Calls? Data? Texts? Did you reboot? Is the account up to date?
