We have been with PM two years now with very few problems but with the new website update we are now unable to log in today.
Can someone please help.

Don't bother trying the other suggestions like trying a different browser, incognito mode or anything else. I have been told that it is a wider Public Mobile issue which they are working to fix. They hope to have it fixed by tomorrow.

I thought this was just an issue with my account but apparently it is a wider Public Mobile issue. They are working on fixing it and hopefully it will be working tomorrow.

What kind of login issue do you have? Any errors showing?
I did not have any issue logging multiple times during the day verifying when people complain.
Try different browser or incognito mode.

@Lulupynn hi there are a lot of glitches today it's very busy maybe try a different browser or try in a little while
