My friend just moved from Bell and now can’t get or make texts or calls from androids. Did we miss something in setup?

@Pegg 

make sure your friend remove the Bell sim card and reboot the phone, and Reset All networks and check if the sim can connect to the network.  Private message CS Agent at:
