I recently transferred my number from my old service provider but I still can’t make outgoing calls . I used an eSIM

Issues with the port would mean that incoming calls wouldn't work. The fact that you can't make outgoing calls means it's something different. Are you sure the new account activated?

your problem is the account setup and not related with the port. You cannot use Chatbot to open ticket at this stage, so message PM with this Link
