New customer - wrong plan selected

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me to change the plan to include text messages. I have selected the 20 dollars plan, but realized that it does not have text messages. Tried to add addon, but selected US roaming text. Looking for some help

You probably want to contact moderator to help change to the $25 talk and text plan.  It will take a few days to respond and switch plans. 

 

Other option is to change the plan immediately on self service account, but you will need to pay another $25 for the new plan.  Or you can switch at the next renewal date on self service, but then will be without text until next renewal date.  You can't add on for text if your plan does not have text itself.

Recommendation:  do not send multiple message to moderators.  First come, First service.  Each new message will put you further down the job list.
