New customer shorten rings to voicemail

How can I shorten the number of rings to 2 rings

Then voice mail picks up?

Dial this filling in the options:

*61*[dest]*[sec]#

dest is the voicemail access number like +17785804001

sec is the amount of time to ring. Not ring count but ringing time. The max is 30.
