Help, Trying to Transfer number from old carrier to public mobile and no text after 5 hours.

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update or resend the porting request to your old provider.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

So, you didn't receive the porting authorization text from old provider? or you meant you are not receiving text on your PM sim?

on your PM sim, can you receive incoming calls?
