New customer, cannot make or receive calls

Just activated my SIM card, texts in and out work fine but not the calls. $15 plan with 100 minutes.

When I go into my profile/plan it doesn't show any, only shows change plan...? My profile also shows that I have $15 available funds. Could it be that I have no plan selected even if I chose it during initial inscription?

I know that you have just activated, and that you haven't used any of your voice minutes, but can you log into your self-serve account to check to see how many minutes that it says that you have remaining?  What happens when you try to make a phone call? Do you hear some type of error message?

Try the lost/stolen trick:
Once you log into your account...
Click the 'Plans and Add-ons' tab.
Click 'Lost/Stolen Phone' tab.
Click 'Suspend Service' button.
Log out of your account and wait several minutes.
Log back into your account and report that your phone has been found.
