Did your plan just pass a renewal? Did you change your card in this system? Or is it now changed outside of here?

@Kasper contact customer support mods using SIMon to receive a response today.
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

What plan are you on?
Is it possible that you tab out of your minutes?
50 go really fast?
If you are in old 100 then you wouldn't have incoming unlimited.
Is your status active?
Does data work?
Does messaging work?

If there’s a kiosk near you, you can visit them to fix this quicker for you. They won’t be able to take credit card information over the phone for security reasons. That’s what I would do.

Try removing and adding back your credit card.
If you didn’t register a card at activation, you can do so by signing in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Register my Credit or Visa Debit Card’. Accepted credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.
