Seeing that ports are incomplete, existing accounts with our former providers will be still active. What happens if issues don't get resolved and plans enter a new billing cycle on under our former plans???

yes, unused portion of the month is refunded. but what good is that if the old sim card no longer works?

I can't cancel my old plan or else porting my existing number would fail as we would need it to be active in order to work, and I can't use my old SIM card as it no longer has an active network.
