You can only use one referral code for each activation to get the $10 credit. You can give your referral code out to as many people as you like. Each time someone uses your code and they are still active you will receive $1 off at renewal.

I know this might sound over simplified, but I know I have been guilty of mistyping my email address, especially if I got autosaved incorrectly on a form.

@Sarahmulder289  check your spam folder. Also there sometimes is a delay in the system. With holiday gifts happening today the system may have slowed down. Try requesting it again or even a few times. If nothing is working contact the moderators.

You could open a ticket for moderators to gain access back to your account.
