I just registered, and recieved an email confirming my registration and that my credit card was charged, but I can't access my Self Serve account, Public Mobile is not recognising my email or phone number, and my phone says the SIM is invalid. What should I do?

Ensure your sim is inserted correctly. Try rebooting your phone. Sometimes it takes a little bit before you can log in to your account after set up.

Hi @Spiro!
Its possible that there was an error in entering the correct sim card number. Or, something went wrong with the activation that will require a moderator's help.
Please send your new public mobile number and your sim card number to @Saray_O via a private message and she will look into this and resolve asap.
In the mean time, swithc off your phone, remove the sim card, and place it back in and see if that helps.

The email specifically says my Self Serve account was created, but I can't access it. And I'm pretty sure the phone is unlocked. But thanks for the suggestions 🙂

Likely 2 issue: phone, account login.
The SIM issue may be your phone. Are you sure it is unlocked? What is make/model?

Is your phone locked? If it is, that could be the reason why sim is invalid. If not, perhaps something is wrong with SIM and PM a mod and perhaps they can mail a new SIM replacement.
As for the self serve account, that should have been enabled as soon as you activated your SIM card, are you sure the email you received confirms your SIM activation?
