I recently got a new SIM card and need to activate it on my account, where is the option for that since I have another SIM activated with this account?

@PamN PM has no family account idea, each email login ties only with one account/phone line to activate a second account, use another email to create a new PM account. Start the activation using PM app,, and remember to use the referral code from your first account

@PamN - In Profile / Account within my account you can press on the crayon next to sim card number to change it.
If you are wondering about adding another line you will need another email to create another eversafe id and activate within public mobile app.
