New SIM card doesn't work after registering

Hello there, can anyone help me please? I registered a new physical SIM, activated it online. subscriptions paid successfully, already pick a number, but when I insert the SIM card to my phone, it won't work. No signal, can't recognize the SIM card. I tried already with other devices still doesn't work.

you need PM to help to check if the sim was setup right.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

hi @Benedicto 

so, you were using the PM app and got to step 6?  Remove the old carrier sim card and try reboot the phone once more.
