Hello,
My one daughter already has an account with PM (uses our/parents email address). For Christmas, we wanted to get our younger daughter an account (will use same email address). Is it going to be possible to do the 'refer a friend' if we use the same email account for both kids? Or if we want the billing to be on the same account/email do we just lose out on the $10 referral/$1 per month perk?

sorry, PM system is a simple one, one email only for one account
So, there is no workaround, you really need to use another email address for the second account
Some people might suggest using email alias, but we saw people with different problem with email alias, especially when need password reset or system update, so I would suggest just use another email. Get a new free Gmail for that
