Hi, my plan was ending Sept 18. I wanted to go for the 90 day $120 with province wide talk, unlimited global texting, and 2gb data. I added it to my account a few days prior Sept 18th, but I'm now still being charged the same as my first plan for the next cycle. Is this an error?
I'm also very confused for the $78 balance I have on my account
