When I selected this plan for coming renewal, the 500 mins international call was not there

You’re good. I swapped from the $35 Can-US-Mex to the same price with the 500 min/mo int’l with the same price point. It doesn’t show up there but I did log in on pc and see it there.

maybe just it didn't show clearly. Try go to My Account or use the app, on the Overview page, click Usage Breakdown and check if you see "## LD mintues 7 countires" if it is there, then you have the LD minutes
if not, then ask support agent to help
