I find the FM 3g voice ok. However, the issue is the pockets of areas in their home zone where there is no service. This will probably be fixed at some point in time.

It is also best to remember that voice calls have to revert back to Freedoms inferior coverage 3G network for completion.....so at present having their LTE offering will not alleviate the dropped, incomplete or muffled calls noted above.

At some point in the future, when VoLTE ( Voice over LTE) is implemented things could improve.

With the exception of the first FM promo, I find the PM moderators' response time very quick. 🙂

PM is great when activation goes smoothly, but once you run into a problem, you are pretty much on your own. Community forum help is nice, but most often, you require moderator intervention. In that case, be prepared to wait a couple of days.

Freedom mobile is not that bad its just network not steady lots or drop calls and signals that's why I moved to pm. Since I am on pm network haven't had a single call drop phone work in baseband underground and even hospital. But freedom even on lte you won't get signal at all and worse thing if you lose signals its take 5 mins or more something to get signals back.
I like my pm and all fellow ops and mod team. It's like a familyia.

When I was with freedom I was using band 66 LG g6 but still coverage was terrible. Happy with pm here.

sometime in the future. Toronto will have new band support (7 & 13) Not sure if both or just one, but most phones have those bands

If you live in Ottawa region and have band 4, you will get LTE now
