I made it to step 2 download and pull old number that’s it.Still spinning since 6pm last night.

@Mehleca there is a chance that hung your porting request
Close the browser, try again using Incognito mode
When you try another activation, there is a chance you will get a message saying Not a valid Canadian phone number. No worry, all it means is that your previous attempt with the porting was hung. In such case, you need to open ticket with PM support and have them to clear that up.
