Good day,

I subscribed to this plan 2 days ago. My eSim did not work and I had to delete it. How can I reinstall a new eSim. The bar code that I received in my email inbox does not work.

Login to your account, and rebuy another eSIM, it's $5 but since you're having issues, support should give you a credit to offset that.

oh, the eSIM should not be deleted

if you can still login to the PM app on the phone, go to Account page and Purchase sim card and buy new eSIM

if you cannot buy new esim, you will have to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
