New Activation Issue

Hello to activate account got to the payment screen and it said activation failed.

Phone recognizes that it has recieved a text but says there is no texting in the plan.

Cannot log into account that was going to be created and tried to reset the password.

 

Any help is appreciated.

If you can help me out that would be greatly appretiate it 

All i need is another attempt at porting my number 
as it was previously inactive on the first attempt

i am still having this exact same issue.

I applied for the plan. Entered my sim # as well payment info, I got a new phone number as suggested for koodo users. On confirmation I saw a generic error however I was still charged for the plan. I received the email stating my plan detail and price, however, I can't access my selfserve account. When I put in the sim, I do not have any calling or data service.

Blah sorry its an old blackberry. Need instructions for that.

In addition, we cannot access the account for some reason, says login failed. Also cannot reset password.

I can confirm that data is included in your plan, all 12gb 🙂

Do you have instructions for OS7?

Also it says data is not included in the plan. Are you able to confirm it is okay?
