Never received sim cards

Ordered 2 sim cards about 13 days ago when the last batch of invites were sent but I've never received anything yet. Is there some way to contact help to maybe track or request new ones?

Your SIM cards are probably lost or they have not been shipped. I suggest you to send an email to Public Mobile for a follow up.
