Wondering if there is a network outage in downtown Toronto? (ongoing issue 2 days) Unable to make/receive calls. Texting and data works fine

@Ktieu9 sometimes toggling into and out of airplane mode can help with network issues.
You may also try to perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
Try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if that helps with services.
Otherwise, if you are able to try your SIM into another phone and still have issues, or if other Public Mobile customers around you are experiencing same issues, hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

No issue in any notifications. PM (Telus) has reciprocal agreements with others to use there towers in the east.
To reset sim...power OFF the phone. Remove sim...wait a moments and reinstall sim in phone. Restart phone. See if that helps.

How would I try resetting sim?
And yes I would need to try on another unlock phone
Is this a known issue that public is currently working on?

No can't receive calls either, when someone is calling in they said it takes awhile for a ring tone then it just beeps as if the lines busy
And don't know anyone else using public

Hi @Ktieu9 we have different posts about various voice issue today. Could be some kind of network trouble somewhere
Try to reseat your sim card
Try to use 3G only, some phones call it wcdma only or hspa only
Try to put your sim in another phone

Can't find any mention of one on their site. Could be just a temporary local issue. How long has it been not working ?
added; can you try the sim in a different unlocked phone ?
Are there others around you with the same prob ?
Can you receive calls ?
