Network not working

Hi! I change to public mobile yesterday because someone in my community recommended it to me. Everything is set up now and apparently ready to use. I'm unabale to make calls or use data however, nothing is working. At the top left of my phone I see four dots stacked on for dots and only 1-2 at the bottom are black. Never seen that before. Please help.

Thank you that has seemed to worked but I'm getting new issues. Will post about them in a seperate post

hi @AamZ 

make sure your old carrier's sim card is removed, or disable the old carrier esim

then reboot the phone and Reset network settings.  Go into Sim Manager and make sure PM sim card is enable and set as Primary
