Network issue in Windsor ON, near Detroit riverside

Hello,

My phone asks for to enable roaming when I go near Detroit river side in Windsor, Ontario. My postal code is N9Cxxx. Would you please have a look into this issue?

Unfortunately this is common when you are near the border, it can be pretty frustrating, but the good news since it is a prepaid service they can't ding you with incorrect roaming charges and if you follow the steps discussed when it comes to the network you should have a good work around.

When I get too close to the river...my phone wants to connect to US network as well. As suggested...in your phones Settings, turn off Automatic Network Selection. Then manually select Public Mobile.

Once away from Detroit River, all should be well.

Turn off automatic networks and set it to Public. You're picking up US towers.
