A few days ago my iPhone 13 stopped working with public mobile. (No cell service). I had the phone checked at the Apple store today and there are no issues with the phone. Something to do with provider settings. Please help!!!!

Check your update and make sure it is not the iOS 15.6 Beta 1,2 or 3 and also not the iOS 15.6 RC 1 or 2. These are for testers and programmers.
It should be on the public iOS 15.5.

Apple did put another SIM card in the phone and the phone had no issues. Not sure if there is maybe a public mobile setting that needs to be adjusted??

@Mark22 you have tried your PM SIM in another phone and see if it works? it could be a SIM issue
And did Apple store tried to use another sim on your phone to show you it is a not a problem with the device?

@Mark22 i suggest you contact a cs agent you may have a provisioning problem with your account

@Mark22 hi are you getting any messages on your phone? did you buy the phone new?is your account active dial *611 what does it say?
