Network error

My mum has public mobile and she gets a network error when she sends a picture with a text message but without the picture it goes fine. Any ideas

100% sounds like mobile data needs to be turned on in the device settings. That should solve the issue.

Text with pictures are MMS and it needs data on.  Please turn on Mobile data
