Hi, It's always a  good idea to reboot the phone. Did you try entering the number directly into your texting app? Some pages I read suggest problems in contact settings. I hope you resolve this problem.

This site suggests clearing the cache on the SMS app.  Give it a try.

@will1505  Most of the time powering down removing your sim card for 30 seconds and restarting would fix that problem. If it's still an issue then you might want to clear the cache of your texting app.

That's a broad statement. What's working? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Internet browsing? Do you mean sending a text SMS message or an email or an MMS picture message?

Maybe just restart the phone for an easy possibility just to clear that up. Is your service active? What plan are you on?

@will1505 It seems other customers experiencing no service too. You better contact the Moderator to see if it is PM's problem. You can simply send a private message to Moderator by clicking on the Envelop icon and send to "Moderator_Team".

@will1505 Do you see "Public Mobile" as the right hand upper corner?
