Hey there! I just got activated my new public mobile sim card. I wasn't able to port my old number. Need help to port my old number from the service provider Telus.

@jsridevim to contact a moderator click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator type port request check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

If you selected a temporary number follow#2.
If you used a referral code for a $10 signup bonus the credit will be applied within 72 hours.
