Hello! I’m in the US and need to add more data - but have already bought all the available amounts (1gb, 500, 250) - and now none are available to purchase. Please help!

@zrussell did you try to use Incognito mode to access My Account?
And if you already bought the the data and you need to repurchase before the 10 days expiry , you will need PM Support's help to re-buy of that.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

One will have to totally expire before you can add another. Are you sure you added a US add on and not something else?

You'll have to get help with that from a Customer Support Agent, if you're trying to get the exact same one.
