You will need to contact a CS_Agent in the morning after 9:00am EST if it is a SIM PUK you are needing.
Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket or

If you have a Samsung phone and it indicated a PUK for the phone. You need to contact Samsung Canada.
