Hi guys
I ported my number from Fido to PM three weeks ago, and my PM sim card still don't work. Now I still using my Fido SIM card. I already sent a message to PM moderators one week ago, and don't get any response. @Mary_M @Shazia_K @Dave_M @Saray_OWho can help whether fix it or refund? Thank you.

It solved, but I already pay Fido the monthly fee two days ago, and my plan already passed 1/3 time. Anyway, Thanks everyone.

I have been sending messages to the MOD since saturday... still not yet read... no response...
But all my friends have successfully ported to public mobile...
I hope they will get back to us soon...

If you are looking for a refund many of us are seeking what is called a "charge back" from our credit card companies. This is when you did not get a service that you paid for and the cc company reverses the charges and credits your account.
You will have no luck getting a refund through PM.
